MN73屋面系(xi)統可通過(guo)屋面板的自(zi)由(you)(you)滑動釋放熱脹(zhang)冷縮產(chan)生(sheng)的形變。系(xi)統設計時一(yi)般將屋面板在屋檐(yan)處固定,屋脊(ji)處自(zi)由(you)(you)伸(shen)縮,使該形變既不(bu)(bu)影響建(jian)筑功能(neng),又不(bu)(bu)破壞建(jian)筑外觀。
美耐建筑自(zi)主研發的(de)滑(hua)動(dong)支架是連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)屋(wu)(wu)面(mian)(mian)板(ban)(ban)和(he)結構件(jian)、且(qie)實現屋(wu)(wu)面(mian)(mian)板(ban)(ban)自(zi)由滑(hua)動(dong)的(de)關(guan)鍵。一方面(mian)(mian),可(ke)(ke)滑(hua)動(dong)式連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)件(jian)可(ke)(ke)同時(shi)承載(zai)屋(wu)(wu)面(mian)(mian)上的(de)雪壓和(he)人行壓力,也可(ke)(ke)以(yi)拉緊屋(wu)(wu)面(mian)(mian),避(bi)免被風掀起。另一方面(mian)(mian),連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)件(jian)的(de)可(ke)(ke)滑(hua)動(dong)性能可(ke)(ke)以(yi)使屋(wu)(wu)面(mian)(mian)板(ban)(ban)自(zi)由滑(hua)動(dong),從而釋放熱應力,避(bi)免連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)破壞。同時(shi),檁條預沖孔技術(shu)也確保了數(shu)量眾(zhong)多的(de)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)件(jian)在一條直線上順暢(chang)滑(hua)動(dong)。
