MN73屋(wu)(wu)面系(xi)統(tong)可通過(guo)屋(wu)(wu)面板的自由滑動釋放熱脹冷縮產生的形(xing)變。系(xi)統(tong)設計時一般(ban)將屋(wu)(wu)面板在屋(wu)(wu)檐處(chu)固(gu)定,屋(wu)(wu)脊處(chu)自由伸縮,使該形(xing)變既不影響建(jian)筑功(gong)能,又不破壞(huai)建(jian)筑外觀。
美耐建筑自(zi)主研發(fa)的滑(hua)動(dong)支架是連(lian)(lian)接屋(wu)面(mian)板(ban)和結構件(jian)、且實現屋(wu)面(mian)板(ban)自(zi)由滑(hua)動(dong)的關鍵(jian)。一(yi)方面(mian),可(ke)(ke)(ke)滑(hua)動(dong)式(shi)連(lian)(lian)接件(jian)可(ke)(ke)(ke)同時承(cheng)載(zai)屋(wu)面(mian)上的雪(xue)壓(ya)和人行壓(ya)力(li),也可(ke)(ke)(ke)以(yi)拉緊(jin)屋(wu)面(mian),避(bi)免被風(feng)掀起。另一(yi)方面(mian),連(lian)(lian)接件(jian)的可(ke)(ke)(ke)滑(hua)動(dong)性(xing)能(neng)可(ke)(ke)(ke)以(yi)使(shi)屋(wu)面(mian)板(ban)自(zi)由滑(hua)動(dong),從而釋放熱應力(li),避(bi)免連(lian)(lian)接破壞(huai)。同時,檁條預沖孔技術也確保了(le)數量眾(zhong)多的連(lian)(lian)接件(jian)在一(yi)條直(zhi)線(xian)上順暢滑(hua)動(dong)。
