MN73屋(wu)(wu)面(mian)(mian)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)可通過屋(wu)(wu)面(mian)(mian)板的自(zi)由滑動釋放熱脹冷縮產(chan)生的形(xing)變。系(xi)統(tong)(tong)設計時一般將屋(wu)(wu)面(mian)(mian)板在屋(wu)(wu)檐(yan)處固定,屋(wu)(wu)脊處自(zi)由伸縮,使該形(xing)變既不影(ying)響建筑功能,又不破壞建筑外(wai)觀。
美耐建筑自主研發的滑(hua)(hua)(hua)動(dong)(dong)(dong)支(zhi)架是連(lian)(lian)接屋(wu)面(mian)板和(he)結構件(jian)、且實(shi)現屋(wu)面(mian)板自由(you)滑(hua)(hua)(hua)動(dong)(dong)(dong)的關鍵。一方(fang)面(mian),可(ke)滑(hua)(hua)(hua)動(dong)(dong)(dong)式連(lian)(lian)接件(jian)可(ke)同(tong)時承(cheng)載(zai)屋(wu)面(mian)上的雪(xue)壓(ya)和(he)人(ren)行壓(ya)力(li),也(ye)(ye)可(ke)以(yi)拉緊屋(wu)面(mian),避免被風掀(xian)起。另一方(fang)面(mian),連(lian)(lian)接件(jian)的可(ke)滑(hua)(hua)(hua)動(dong)(dong)(dong)性能(neng)可(ke)以(yi)使屋(wu)面(mian)板自由(you)滑(hua)(hua)(hua)動(dong)(dong)(dong),從而(er)釋放熱應力(li),避免連(lian)(lian)接破壞。同(tong)時,檁(lin)條預沖(chong)孔技術也(ye)(ye)確保了數(shu)量眾多的連(lian)(lian)接件(jian)在(zai)一條直線上順暢滑(hua)(hua)(hua)動(dong)(dong)(dong)。
此外,在高低(di)跨處(chu)、屋面開口等節點處(chu),屋面的(de)熱脹冷縮也得(de)到了妥(tuo)善處(chu)理。
